Because we are a partner business of Vital- & Wellness Center Samsunn, as our guest you will enjoy free admission to the integrated outdoor pool during the summer months as well as the sauna and wellness area. The modern sauna and wellness facilities, also featuring spacious quiet zones, offer everything for your comfort and well-being.
Discover romantic side valleys on a horse-drawn sleigh
Our romantic side valleys are ideal for extended sleigh rides. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy the tranquility of nature! The Angermann and Moser families look forward to taking you out on an unforgettable snowy adventure.
Ice skating
Our nearby ice rink at Vital- & Wellness Center “Samsunn” guarantees fun and variety for big and small. Bring your own skates, rentals are not available.
Snowshoeing, Nordic walking, snowbike safaris
Far away from the pistes and ski lifts, you will be able to explore our magical winter countryside on special snowshoes. Leave your own tracks in the snow, actively experience nature, enjoy the silence. A very special experience, a completely new winter sports sensation, whether piste or deep snow – on a SNOWBIKE everything is possible.
SmartyLand at Mauterndorf Ski School
SMARTYLAND is a separate, self-enclosed and very safe area, where the youngsters can comfortably enjoy their first attempts on skis. Here, there is so much to discover, collect balloons, ride snow discs, wind between comical children’s figures. And if ever they get tired of skiing, they can hide out in the igloo or have one of the adults tell them a story in the witch’s cottage! Needless to say, the main attraction continues to be the magic carpet and moguls hill!
Sledding
In some Lungau communities, you will find natural toboggan runs that invite you to go sledding both day and night.
