In addition to your legs, the targeted use of Nordic-walking techniques will also strengthen your upper body.

Our Nordic-walking paths are away from the busy roads, kind on your joints and may be enjoyed both summer and winter.
On a total length of 119 km, you are offered:
- 15 clearly marked Nordic-walking paths
- ranging in distance between 3.1 km and 14.5 km
- uphill climbs are between 600 m and 6100 m in length
- with an elevation change of 400 m
